Rates include the first hour of labour. Additional time charged at the applicable hourly rate. Parts charged at cost plus a small markup. Full breakdown provided before work begins.

What counts as out-of-hours?
Out-of-hours is typically 6pm to 8am on weekdays, plus all day Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays. Rates are higher during these times to reflect unsociable hours.
Do you really answer calls at night?
Yes. Our emergency line is monitored 24/7. If you call overnight, someone will answer and we'll dispatch an electrician as quickly as possible for genuine emergencies.
How much more does out-of-hours cost?
Evening and weekend rates start from £120 plus VAT. Night-time (10pm-8am) and bank holiday rates start from £150 plus VAT. We'll confirm the exact rate before dispatching.
What if it's not a real emergency?
We'll advise honestly. If the issue can safely wait until morning, we'll tell you - it'll save you money. But if there's any safety concern, we'll attend promptly.
