Once you're happy, we agree a start date that works for you. Everything confirmed in writing.

We turn up when we say we will and get the job done. Everything left clean and tidy.

Testing & Sign-off

All work fully tested with appropriate certificates. We walk you through everything.

Response Times

Preparing for Our Visit

A few things that help us work efficiently:

Access: Make sure we can reach the areas we need. Move furniture if needed, or let us know and we can help.

Fuse box location: Know where your consumer unit is. We'll need access for most jobs.

Power may be off: For some jobs, we'll need to turn off power temporarily. We'll let you know in advance.

Pets: Let us know about dogs or cats. We're animal lovers, but it helps to know in advance.

Parking: If parking is tricky, let us know so we can plan accordingly.
